代码中存在多个问题：

char car = 0;是不正确的:您必须将car定义为int，以正确区分getc()返回的所有值，特别是EOF。
while (feof(fichier) == 0)总是错的。了解原因：Why is “while ( !feof (file) )” always wrong?
EOFP没有定义，您可能应该使用NULL来获得更多的清晰度。
要缩小分配块的最后一个realloc()是一个字节太短。必须将len+1字节保留为len字符加上空终止符。
