建立非原子和轻松原子访问的内存同步顺序,按照order在同一线程上执行的线程和信号处理程序之间。这相当于std::atomic_thread_fence,除非没有发出内存排序的CPU指令。只有编译器重新排序的指令才会被抑制为order指示。例如,具有发布语义的栅栏阻止在后续写入之前进行读或写,而具有获取语义的栅栏阻止在前面读取之前移动读或写。
