1、The Buyer shall have no Agreement Claim whatsoever against the Warrantors if and to the extent that:

the Agreement Claim would not have arisen or been increasedbut fora change of any Applicable Laws or a change in the interpretation of any Applicable Laws promulgated or put in effect after Completion;
