Theme: LEGO JR. Robotics

本周主题： 乐高机器人

适合年龄：6-8岁

我们将一起在全英文环境下和西人孩子们一起学习如何制造炫酷机器人！

我们将向您展示如何使用齿轮、皮带、马达和计算机，通过编程来使您的机器人“活”起来。

本周学生们将参与一系列的设计和动手活动，包括乐高机器人系统WeDo1.0和2.0，乐高创造者集，工艺品，棋盘游戏和视频游戏。

Calling allyoung lego robot designers! This is the best way to get started. Together,we’ll learn how to build cool robots and other machines. We’ll show you how touse gears, belts, motors, and computers to bring your robot to life by learningsome programing. Student will engage in a mix of building activities includingthe lego robotic system WeDo 1.0 and 2.0, Lego Creator sets, crafts, boardgames and video games.

Parents: Designed specifically as an intro for younger kids, this camp covers all thebasics of mechanics. They’ll be budding engineers by week’s end!

第二周：2019.7.15 - 2019.7.21

Theme: PokémonDesigner

适合年龄：6-9岁

Pokémon集训营将是一个创造性的集训营。

Pokémon campwill be a creative camp where students learn to draw Pokémon characters andwill develop their own Pokémon cards with their own character art and stories.Our students will also develop digital painting skills with our computers andart tablets.

Our students will play a number of Pokémon inspired actives while developingtheir creative skills. Activities will be focus on accessible games and toolsfor younger fans of Pokémon.

第三周：2019.7.22 - 2019.7.28

Theme: Animation/Youtube Star

适合年龄：9-13岁

Unleash yourinner Spielberg! Join us in the studio as we build lego characters andbackground sets. Outline your plot, draw your storyboards, and bring your veryown movie to life – one frame at a time. You’ll learn how to create an audiotrack with sound effects, music, and voice-overs. Then you’ll digitally edityour film and screen it at the end of the week. It takes patience. It takesimagination. It takes buckets of lego!

Also learn the skills needed to make your own YouTube content!

Parents: Thiscamp is a great way to introduce your kids to digital creative tools, exercisetheir imaginations, and bring story telling to life. Computer Animation toolswill also be available.

第四周：2019.7.29- 2019.8.4

Theme: MINECRAFT Computer

适合年龄：8-13岁

热爱“我的艺术”Minecraft？那就加入我们一个星期！

Love Minecraft?Then join us for a week in this great virtual sandbox where you can buildanything! We’ll cover the basics and then move on to redstone Minecraft machinebuilding and how to design new texture images so you can digitally paint theentire look of your worlds. We will also get to experiment with some Mods thatadd features and change the game.

Parents:While your child thinks they’re playing, we’re secretly using the game toteach technology, design, problem solving, and presentation skills. If screen time is a concern of yours you will prefer the roboticsor animation classes.
