现在有一些义齿工厂,招人分为两组。
一组人专门翻译
一组人专门做客服
义齿工厂卖的是产品和服务。显然在义齿公司,服务占7成,那么客服就很重要。沟通能力,专业知识,及时解决方案。
以前有些专做翻单的,想转做外单客服的,这篇文章可能对你有帮助。
落Order之前,翻译时就应该发现的问题,有以下几种。
1.颜色。
如何发问:订单指示缺少颜色?

3.牙位与订单不一致
如何发问:订单牙位与实际牙位不一致?
1.Hi Name:
Case No.#1234,Pt: Peter ,Full Zirconia#12, shade A3.
Dentist Priscription marked#12to be fabricated ,
But, actual the prepairation on impression showing#4to be fabricated.
Please confirm the correct tooth prepairation number?

4.托盘明显变形或模糊
如何发问:来货时托盘或模型明显变形或模糊?
1.Hi Name:
Case No.#1234,Pt: Peter ,Full Zirconia#12, shade A3.
After checking the impression and model, we found that:
1. the impression is out of shape
2.tooth prepairation abutment is deformed.
Under these circumstances,finishing a crown based on current impressionwill not guarantee proper fit and seating.
We strongly recommend taking a new impresstion.
If insist on fabricating the crown with current impression ,that will be under dentist risk.
