需求

Requirements

Design is the most critical technical link for the implementation of requirements, including UED, backend, processes, functions, non-functional aspects, and more. It is the foundational work for the coding phase.

SOP

即实现任务的路径，它指明了通往目的地的路径，尤其是对大规模团队的有序协同有重要指导作用、契约作用，可行的SOP应使结果可复现、过程有迹可循。

This stands for the path to implement tasks, indicating the route to the destination, especially playing a significant guiding and contractual role in the orderly collaboration of large-scale teams. A viable SOP should make the results reproducible and the process traceable.

Man

调动人按照既定SOP路径、规范完成任务，逐个完成MVP、确保阶段性成果是最终目标得以达成的必要条件。

Mobilizing people to follow the established SOP path and complete tasks in a standardized manner, achieving MVPs one by one, and ensuring phased results are the necessary conditions for the final goal to be met.
