现象：有个虚拟网卡禁不掉、删不掉，每次重启机器就恢复

问题描述：如何彻底禁用或删除"vEthernet (nat) 【Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapter】"虚拟网卡

排查：

1、多了一些windows docker服务和阿里相关的服务和驱动，如下：

docker Docker Engine
Alibaba Security Aegis Detect Service
Alibaba Security Aegis Update Service
AliyunService
argusagent
nvagent 网络虚拟服务
hns 主机网络服务

2、专门针对彻底删除"vEthernet (nat) 【Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapter】"虚拟网卡的需求，管理员身份执行这4句powershell即可搞定，无需重启机器，重启后也不会再出现该虚拟网卡

Stop-Service docker
Get-HNSNetwork | Remove-HNSNetwork
Stop-Service hns -Force
Set-Service hns -StartupType Disabled

3、由于系统是从阿里迁移过来的，里面残留了阿里的东西，需要处理一下

4、windows docker要卸载的话，管理员身份执行这4句powershell

Stop-Service docker
Uninstall-Package -Name docker -ProviderName DockerMsftProvider
Stop-Service nvagent -Force
Set-Service nvagent -StartupType Disabled

5、虚拟化驱动是阿里云的，需要替换为腾讯云平台的虚拟化驱动（安装过程会断网10秒左右，建议运维窗口期维护）

下载Install_QCloudVirtIO_new.zip → 解压→ 执行解压后根目录里的.ps1脚本文件，脚本会卸载red hat虚拟化驱动、安装腾讯云虚拟化驱动
