上次看公众号总结的《The molecular machinery of regulated cell death》综述提到的细胞程序性死亡相关通路是12个,每个通路在每个癌症都有一个诊断模型,预后模型,分子分型的生物信息学数据挖掘文章!

里面提到的1571 genes在文章里面没有给出来了,但是很容易查询到:
可以看到,不同来源的基因数量是有差别的, 而且每个基因列表,都可以独立的做一个数据挖掘课题!
