1. Operation and maintenance model description

CDC and CDZ adopt a cooperative operation and maintenance model. Tencent Cloud is responsible for the delivery, operation and maintenance of service-related software and hardware, and customers are responsible for data center infrastructure, network resources required for external visits, and maintenance of their own application systems deployed based on CDC and CDZ.

The customer side needs to provide necessary cooperation and assistance, such as providing an on-site interface person in the computer room when on-site problems are involved, and providing relevant problem manifestations and necessary logs when joint positioning is involved.

Note: Tencent version update process description

The version release process is the same as that of the public cloud. The software package can be uploaded to the warehouse and downloaded to the customer environment by the customer. For DHI services on the cloud, the software can also be upgraded directly on the backend. With a mature grayscale release and rollback mechanism, most operational releases are hot upgrades, which will not interrupt customer business.
