SAP QM 事务代码QE01录入检验结果，Inspected字段值有无限制？

SAP QM 事务代码QE01录入结果报错-The inspected sample size does not correspond to the required insp. scope-

1, 执行事务代码QE01，为检验批10000000801录入检验结果.

界面上’Inspect’字段值是25，自动从检验批上Sample size字段值带过来,

录入检验结果后回车，系统自动将字段’Inspected’也赋值25。

试图将字段’Inspected’的值改成30，回车后系统报错：The inspected sample size does not correspond to the required insp. Scope.

双击该报错信息，得到如下的帮助信息：

The inspected sample size does not correspond to the required insp. scope

Message no. QE403

Diagnosis

It is defined in the inspection plan by how much the number of recorded and valid inspection values can deviate from the planned number displayed in the 'Inspect' field.

System Response

The value you entered is not allowed for the inspection characteristic. The characteristic (partial sample) cannot be closed if the inspection scope is not adhered to.

Procedure

Check and, if necessary, correct your entry.

2, 经查，出现该报错，是因为检验特性的control indicator设置里的Inspection Scope被设置为‘Fixed Scope’,如下图示：

执行事务代码QS23修改改检验批的检验计划里的该检验特性的control indicator的Inspection scope为‘Scope Not Fixed’,

同时也要更新检验计划里该检验特性为新version.

3, 重新trigger一个新的检验批.

执行事务代码QE01为其录入检验结果，

修改Inspected字段值为30，回车不报错，保存，

执行QE03看这个检验批的检验结果，

成功了！
