背景：sqlserver环境迁移到云平台后，sqlserver数据库启动报错，原因是光驱盘符导致数据盘盘符错乱。

报错：Event 7000

The SOL Server (MSSOLSERVER) service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.
