What is the.SIM file type? The primary association of the.sim filename extension belongs to the Saved The Sims Character (SIM) file type/format with reference to The Sims, a series of life simulation games by Electronic Arts (EA).

To access tutorials created with SAP Tutor (files with the extension .SIM), you need to install the SAP Tutor Player (EXE file, 14 MB, version 2.2 SP01 for Windows XP and Vista).
